Roasted Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
• 1 cup carrot
• 2 potatoes, cut into chunks
• 1 sweet potato, cut into chunks
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 2 tablespoons montreal grill seasoning
• 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

• 1 in a large baking pan, lay two big pieces of tinfoil crosswise. put all ingredients in the center, sprinkling with seasoning and sauce. seal completely with the tinfoil. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
