Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
  • 2 tablespoons roasted garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Recipe

  • 1 process all ingredients in food processor until reaches desired consistency. if too thick, add oil or reserved bean liquid 1/2 tsp at a time.
