Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 process all ingredients in food processor until reaches desired consistency. if too thick, add oil or reserved bean liquid 1/2 tsp at a time.
