Party Stripe Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup bacon drippings (grease)
- 4 medium potatoes, russett, unpeeled, washed
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 take each potato and peel a 2-3 inch strip around the middle of each potato.
