Party Stripe Roasted Potatoes

Total Time: 54 mins Preparation Time: 14 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup bacon drippings (grease)
  • 4 medium potatoes, russett, unpeeled, washed
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 take each potato and peel a 2-3 inch strip around the middle of each potato.
