Oven Roasted Cherry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 cups cherry tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 2 sprigs thyme
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 pinch black pepper

Recipe

• 1 in ovenproof saucepan, combine tomatoes, oil and thyme. roast at 350 for about 30 minutes. discard thyme.
• 2 add basil, garlic, salt and pepper and transfer to a blender. process until smooth.
