Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in ovenproof saucepan, combine tomatoes, oil and thyme. roast at 350 for about 30 minutes. discard thyme.
- 2 add basil, garlic, salt and pepper and transfer to a blender. process until smooth.
