Lemon-garlic Sorbet

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 head roasted garlic, roasted
  • 1 lemon, zest of
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3 cups water
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 in food processor, combine sugar, roasted garlic, lemon zest, and salt. process until zest is finely chopped. transfer to saucepan and add water. heat just until sugar dissolves. cool, then add lemon juice. cover and chill. process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
