Herbed Ricotta Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon roasted garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons herbs, roughly chopped (such as basil, thyme, oregano or chives)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • coarse salt
  • cracked black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place ricotta, garlic, herbs and parmesan cheese in a small bowl and fold together until blended.
  • 2 add salt and pepper to taste.
