No Bake Granola Flax Treats

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1/4 cup smart balance butter spread (or butter)
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 8 cinnamon graham crackers, crushed (1 c)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, roasted
- 1/2 cup flax seed, ground
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. add marshmallows and stir until melted and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes.
- 2 stir in oats, cracker crumbs, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and flax seed until thoroughly mixed.
- 3 using greased hands, press into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
- 4 cool completely then cut into 12 pieces.
