Ingredients
- 1 cup flax seed (linseeds)
- 9 teaspoons flax seed oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to gm 5 (375 f).
- 2 spread flaxseeds onto oven tray
- 3 roast seeds for 10 minutes.
- 4 grind roasted seeds in electric grinder/blender.
- 5 empty ground seeds into mixing bowl and mix with flax oil and salt until it looks like a nut butter.
- 6 store in opaque container in fridge.
