- 2 tablespoons pistachios, roasted & chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 (8 -10 ounce) log fresh goat cheese
Recipe
- 1 on a large plate, combine pistachios and cranberries.
- 2 roll the goat cheese in the fruit-nut mixture and press gently to coat.
- 3 serve with crackers or bread.
