Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 3 -5 sprigs fresh coriander leaves
- salt
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 scrub and wash potatoes.
- 2 cut into quarters without peeling them.
- 3 clean, wash and chop corriander leaves.
- 4 now, neatly place the potato quarters on a 12 inch square piece aluminium foil.
- 5 sprinkle salt, crushed peppercorns, corriander leaves and lemon juice.
- 6 wrap the foil properly around the potatoes.
- 7 double wrap, if necessary.
- 8 put it on live charcoals in a barbecue.
- 9 also put some live charcoals on top of the packet.
- 10 cook for 15 minutes.
- 11 serve hot with roasted corn.
- 12 enjoy!
