Maple Roasted Parsnips

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 900 g parsnips, peeled, trimmed and quartered
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • sea salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200 c.
  • 2 line a baking dish with non stick baking paper.
  • 3 place parsnips, salt, pepper and oil in baking dish.
  • 4 toss to combine.
  • 5 roast for 30 minutes, pour over syrup.
  • 6 roast for another 15 - 20 minutes till cooked through and golden.
