Roasted Balsamic Vegetables....mmm!

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 slice up carrots. cut onion and red pepper into strips. place in a casserole dish and toss with remaining ingredients. bake in oven for approximately 50 minutes or until carrots are soft. adjust your salt and pepper as required and serve.
  • 3 *i have also baked these on a baking pan. as well if i am in a hurry i have sauteed the mixture in a saute pan.you can also use other vegetables as desired. hope you enjoy!
