Roasted Balsamic Vegetables....mmm!

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 3 carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/8 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 slice up carrots. cut onion and red pepper into strips. place in a casserole dish and toss with remaining ingredients. bake in oven for approximately 50 minutes or until carrots are soft. adjust your salt and pepper as required and serve.
- 3 *i have also baked these on a baking pan. as well if i am in a hurry i have sauteed the mixture in a saute pan.you can also use other vegetables as desired. hope you enjoy!
