Patitas Con Maní

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 lamb, legs
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup of mirasol chili or 1/4 cup pepper, in paste
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 100 g of roasted and ground peanuts
  • 1/2 cup broth, where the legs were cooked
  • 3 potatoes, cooked and diced
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 clean and peel the legs and put them in boiling salted water.
