Ingredients

- 3 lamb, legs
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup of mirasol chili or 1/4 cup pepper, in paste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 100 g of roasted and ground peanuts
- 1/2 cup broth, where the legs were cooked
- 3 potatoes, cooked and diced
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 clean and peel the legs and put them in boiling salted water.
- 2 once cooked approximately 20 mins drain and dice.
- 3 heat butter or oil in a pan and fry the onion with the garlic and chili. season.
