• 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 2 medium red onions, cut in to 1-inch pieces
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 preheat oven to 425.
• 2 combine all ingredients in baking dish.
