- 2 sweet potatoes
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 dash ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 peel and cube sweet potatoes.
- 3 cube russet potatoes.
- 4 in large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
- 5 spread potatoes on a large baking sheet.
- 6 bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
