Oven Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 large butternut squash
- 3 teaspoons dried dill weed (more or less depending on the size of your squash)
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 peel and dice (1/2 inch pieces work well) butternut squash. with practice this will get faster.
- 3 spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- 4 spread out squash in single layer on sheet.
- 5 sprinkle dill weed over squash.
- 6 drizzle with olive oil.
- 7 bake for 30-45 minutes or until squash is tender(again depending on size of pieces and amount of squash).
