Oven Roasted Butternut Squash

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 large butternut squash
  • 3 teaspoons dried dill weed (more or less depending on the size of your squash)
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 peel and dice (1/2 inch pieces work well) butternut squash. with practice this will get faster.
  • 3 spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  • 4 spread out squash in single layer on sheet.
  • 5 sprinkle dill weed over squash.
  • 6 drizzle with olive oil.
  • 7 bake for 30-45 minutes or until squash is tender(again depending on size of pieces and amount of squash).
