- 2 large fresh tomatoes
- 6 green chilies
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 peel tomatoes and roasted chile. remove stems and seeds from green chiles.
- 2 grind in a blender or food processor tomatoes, chiles, garlic and onion. add vinegar and salt to taste.
