Mediterranean Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 24 ounces roasted red peppers
  • 6 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaf
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 spray skillet with cooking spray and brown pine nuts.
  • 3 mix all ingredients and spread into pan.
  • 4 bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • 5 serve with pita chips or rustic bread chunks.
