- 24 ounces roasted red peppers
- 6 ounces feta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups pine nuts, toasted
- 1 cup fresh basil leaf
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray skillet with cooking spray and brown pine nuts.
- 3 mix all ingredients and spread into pan.
- 4 bake for 15-20 minutes.
- 5 serve with pita chips or rustic bread chunks.
