Quinoa Muhammara

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 ounces roasted red peppers
  • 3/4 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
  • 1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 in food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.
