Ingredients
- 250 g unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 2/3 cups)
- 1 tablespoon oil, approximately
Recipe
- 1 place peanuts on oven tray, bake at 180°c for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
- 2 process peanuts and half the oil until as smooth as desired.
- 3 add remaining oil if mixture is too dry.
- 4 makes about 1 cup (250ml).
