Hatch Green Chilie Soup

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs yukon gold potatoes
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 4 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken soup base
  • sea salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • 4 quarts water

Recipe

  • 1 fire roast green chili peppers remove seeds skin and stems.
