Ingredients

- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup peanut butter, all natural or 1 cup your favorite nut butter
- 1 cup carob powder
- 1 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup currants
Recipe
- 1 toast sesame seeds and sunflower seeds until fragrant, set aside.
- 2 warm honey until it reaches a mixable consistency, and slowly mix in peanut butter until it is well incorporated.
- 3 fold in remaining ingredients.
- 4 press entire mixture into a 8x8-inch pan.
- 5 chill in the fridge for at least an hour or up to 1 month or freeze!
