Olive Pesto Bread

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, roasted
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor blend oil, nuts, and garlic.
  • 2 add olives and blend until smooth.
  • 3 spread on baguette slices and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
