Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 lbs baking potatoes (about 4)
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

• 1 peel potatoes and cut into large chunks.
• 2 place in a shallow 2 quart baking pan.
• 3 pour butter over and toss until well coated.
• 4 sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
