Oven Roasted Potatoes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 lbs red potatoes, each cut into eighths
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 coat dish with cooking sprat and add potatoes skin side down.
  • 2 spray lightly with spray.
  • 3 sprinkle on seasoning.
  • 4 roast for 40 minutes.
