- 2 lbs fingerling potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Recipe
- 1 wash potatoes.
- 2 place potatoes in shallow roasting pan.
- 3 rub potatoes with oil and seasonings.
- 4 pour broth over potatoes and bake at 380 til crispy skins and tender inside stirring every 20 minutes.
