• 2 lbs fingerling potatoes
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
• 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
• 1/2 cup beef broth

Recipe

• 1 wash potatoes.
• 2 place potatoes in shallow roasting pan.
• 3 rub potatoes with oil and seasonings.
• 4 pour broth over potatoes and bake at 380 til crispy skins and tender inside stirring every 20 minutes.
