Mouth-watering Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 4 slices bread, crumbled
  • 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 slices american cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 line roasting pan with aluminum foil; set aside.
  • 3 in large bowl whisk eggs with 1 teaspoons.
  • 4 mustard, 3/4 teaspoons.
  • 5 salt and 1/4 teaspoons.
  • 6 pepper until blended.
  • 7 stir in milk and bread crumbs.
  • 8 let stand 5 minutes.
  • 9 add ground beef, onion, celery, and parsley.
