Homemade And Good For Health Soy Nuts

Total Time: 24 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried soybeans (bought readymade from the store)
  • 3 -4 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 soak soy beans overnight in water.
  • 2 drain and rinse the following morning.
  • 3 allow to dry.
  • 4 roast them until brown and crisp.
  • 5 munch on these roasted soybeans rather than chips when in mood for a crunchy snack!
