Ingredients
- 1 cup dried soybeans (bought readymade from the store)
- 3 -4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 soak soy beans overnight in water.
- 2 drain and rinse the following morning.
- 3 allow to dry.
- 4 roast them until brown and crisp.
- 5 munch on these roasted soybeans rather than chips when in mood for a crunchy snack!
