- 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons garlic (roasted and mashed)
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup butter (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 mix the mashed potatoes, garlic, and pesto.
- 2 place in a buttered casserole dish and top with butter slices.
- 3 bake on 350 just until the butter has melted.
- 4 drizzle with olive oil and serve.
