Peach Sauce For Poultry

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peach jam
  • 1 teaspoon gingerroot, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 tablespoons grand marnier
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 in saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  • 2 cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil.
  • 3 allow to sit about 15 minutes to thicken again.
  • 4 spoon over roasted poultry.
