Peach Sauce For Poultry

Ingredients
- 2 cups peach jam
- 1 teaspoon gingerroot, peeled and minced
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 tablespoons grand marnier
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- 2 cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- 3 allow to sit about 15 minutes to thicken again.
- 4 spoon over roasted poultry.
