Low... Er Fat Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients

- 0.5 (12 ounce) box whole wheat spaghetti, cooked as directed and drained
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/4 onion
- 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
- 2 ounces neufchatel cheese
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
Recipe
- 1 saute onions and green peppers in olive oil.
- 2 puree together with all of the rest of sauce ingredients.
- 3 brown turkey, add salt and pepper.
- 4 layer in an 8 by 8 inch baking dish.
- 5 1/2 of spaghetti.
- 6 1/2 of turkey.
- 7 1/2 of sauce
- 8 cheese mixture.
- 9 rest of spaghetti.
- 10 rest of turkey.
- 11 rest of sauce mixture.
