Ingredients

- cooked rice noodles

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 lb dry roasted peanuts (smashed in mortar and pestle)
- 1 lb bean sprouts (blanched in hot water)
- 1/2 head lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup mint
Recipe
- 1 heat 2 tblspns oil in frying pan.
- 2 add 2 cloves of chopped garlic.
- 3 add beef and fry.
- 4 serve beef over:.
