Pan Roasted Tuna Steaks

Ingredients

- 10 ounces tuna steaks (2@5oz each)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 season steaks with salt, pepper, & lemon juice.
- 2 drizzle with olive oil.
- 3 place non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. add tuna & lower heat.
- 4 cook 4-5 minutes until well browned on one side.
- 5 turn over & cook 2-3 minutes more.
