Pan Roasted Tuna Steaks

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 10 ounces tuna steaks (2@5oz each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 season steaks with salt, pepper, & lemon juice.
  • 2 drizzle with olive oil.
  • 3 place non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. add tuna & lower heat.
  • 4 cook 4-5 minutes until well browned on one side.
  • 5 turn over & cook 2-3 minutes more.
