Low-carb Chicken Pesto Wrap

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto (the kind in a jar, i use classico)
  • 3 -4 slices roasted deli chicken
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • lettuce
  • roasted bell peppers or tomato, as desired
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 spread pesto on one side of whole wheat tortilla.
  • 2 add chicken and provolone to wrap.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper, as desired.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
  • 5 add lettuce, and roasted peppers or tomato.
  • 6 roll up tortilla wrap-style and enjoy!
