Low-cal Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup miracle whip calorie-wise
  • 1/2 cup kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 4 celery ribs, sliced into 3 inch pieces
  • 1 green pepper, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth. cut top off red pepper, remove seeds and membrane, wash and dry. spoon dip into hollowed red pepper, chill in refrigerator 1 hour. serve with cut veggies and crackers for dipping.
