Low-cal Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted red peppers
- 1 cup miracle whip calorie-wise
- 1/2 cup kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, sliced into 3 inch pieces
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Recipe
- 1 blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth. cut top off red pepper, remove seeds and membrane, wash and dry. spoon dip into hollowed red pepper, chill in refrigerator 1 hour. serve with cut veggies and crackers for dipping.
