Holiday Roasted Pepper Spread

Ingredients

- 2 cups roasted red peppers, peeled and seeded, diced small
- 6 ounces chevre cheese
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup yogurt
Recipe
- 1 puree roasted red bell peppers. mix cheeses until soft. gradually combine all ingredients until completely incorporated with cheese.
- 2 chill until firm and serve with crackers or rustic bread.
