Holiday Roasted Pepper Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups roasted red peppers, peeled and seeded, diced small
  • 6 ounces chevre cheese
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shallot, minced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 puree roasted red bell peppers. mix cheeses until soft. gradually combine all ingredients until completely incorporated with cheese.
  • 2 chill until firm and serve with crackers or rustic bread.
