Nutty Mint Chutney

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1/2 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon tamarind paste
  • 2 -3 green chilies (depending on your taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 it's simple enough: plonk all the ingredients in a blender and process till fairly smooth.
  • 2 refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
