Nutty Mint Chutney

Ingredients

- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon tamarind paste
- 2 -3 green chilies (depending on your taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 it's simple enough: plonk all the ingredients in a blender and process till fairly smooth.
- 2 refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
