Picadillo Crescents

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons sliced green olives
- 1 tablespoon diced green chilis
- 2 teaspoons roasted garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup spanish tomato sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees. brown ground beef, olives, garlic, and seasoning 5 - 7 minutes over medium high heat, stirring until it crumbles.
- 2 reduce heat to medium-low and stir in flour; cook one minute. stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper; cook two more minutes, then remove from heat.
- 3 cut each pie crust into eight wedges; spoon one tbsp meat mixture onto wide end of each wedge. roll up from wide end to point. place point down on ungreased baking sheet; curve into crescent shape. bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden.
