Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups dry-roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 place peanuts and salt in a blender or food processor with metal blade inserted,.
- 2 cover and blend or process until spreadable (about 6 or 7 minutes).
- 3 stop and scrape sides of blender/food processor as needed.
- 4 store in a covered container in the refridgerator.
