Chocolate Salami

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 900 g melted chocolate or 900 g milk chocolate
  • 300 g soft butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 360 g sliced almonds (roasted)
  • 12 g mixed peel
  • 360 g raisins

Recipe

  • 1 put the butter and chocolate in a pan.
  • 2 melt over low heat.
  • 3 mix gently to combine.
  • 4 add sugar and fold in egg yolks.
  • 5 then, mix in the sliced almonds, raisins and mixed peel.
  • 6 transfer the mixture to a plastic container.
  • 7 refrigerate for atleast 2 hours before serving.
  • 8 enjoy!
