Chocolate Salami

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 900 g melted chocolate or 900 g milk chocolate
- 300 g soft butter
- 300 g sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 360 g sliced almonds (roasted)
- 12 g mixed peel
- 360 g raisins
Recipe
- 1 put the butter and chocolate in a pan.
- 2 melt over low heat.
- 3 mix gently to combine.
- 4 add sugar and fold in egg yolks.
- 5 then, mix in the sliced almonds, raisins and mixed peel.
- 6 transfer the mixture to a plastic container.
- 7 refrigerate for atleast 2 hours before serving.
- 8 enjoy!
