- 1 cup roasted red pepper, dressing (annie's brand)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil and dressing until boiling.
- 2 pour over onions, let cool and add cucumbers, salt, and pepper.
