Pakora (gramflour Fritters)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon of roasted and ground cumin
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon coriander seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 -7 ounces water
  • thinly sliced potato
  • thinly sliced aubergine
  • thinly sliced zucchini
  • chopped spinach (if using, just bunch up some chopped spinach, dip it in teh batter and immerse slowly in oil, the ch)
  • 1 whole green chili

Recipe

  • 1 make batter and let it rest at least 15 minutes.
  • 2 dip veggies and deep fry till golden brown.
  • 3 remove with slotted spoon and serve immediately.
