Nutty Marshmallow Patties

Ingredients

• 30 g butter
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 100 g marshmallows
• 3 cups rice bubbles
• 1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
• glace cherries

Recipe

• 1 place butter in large bowl.
• 2 melt in microwave on high 1 minute.
• 3 add peanut butter and marshmallows.
• 4 cook on high 30 seconds, or until marshmallows are melted.
• 5 stir in rice bubbles and peanuts.
• 6 drop spoonfuls into paper patty cases.
• 7 top with pieces of cherry.
• 8 refrigerate.
