Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted macadamia nuts
- 2 cups garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 10 medium basil leaves
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- 2 serve as a spread on thinly sliced bread or as a dip for vegetables.
