Ingredients
- 6 1/2 ounces dry roasted salted macadamia nuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 cream the butter and sugar. add the flour, vanilla and chopped nuts. roll in 3/4 inch balls and bake on parchment lined baking sheets at 325* for 20-22 minutes. roll in powdered sugar while warm.
- 2 these freeze well.
