Macadamia Meltaways

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 ounces dry roasted salted macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 cream the butter and sugar. add the flour, vanilla and chopped nuts. roll in 3/4 inch balls and bake on parchment lined baking sheets at 325* for 20-22 minutes. roll in powdered sugar while warm.
  • 2 these freeze well.
