- spinach or romaine lettuce
- focaccia bread
Recipe
- 1 brush oil, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper mixture on thinly sliced eggplant and roast on a baking sheet in a 400* oven for 20-25 minutes. amazing if grilled, if using english eggplants, bleed first.
- 2 combine bean mixture and mash.
