Pineapple Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
- 6 cups chopped apples
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of the juice.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine the pineapple, apples, celery, raisins and sunflower seeds.
- 3 in a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and pineapple juice.
- 4 add to fruit mixture and toss to coat.
- 5 refrigerate until ready to serve.
