No Waste Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 heads fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 375.
- 2 don't peel the garlic and leave the head intact.
- 3 cut about 1/4 inch off the top of each bulb.
- 4 put the garlic bulbs on a sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle with the olive oil.
- 5 wrap the foil around the garlic and seal to make a package.
- 6 shake the package to distrubute the oil.
- 7 place the foil package, seam side up in a baking dish.
- 8 bake until the garlic cloves are soft, about 30 minutes. the clove should easily be pierced by a knife.
- 9 to use: squeeze garlic from the skins.
- 10 store cloves in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
