- 3 large roasted red peppers, jar
- 4 leaves red leaf lettuce or 4 leaves green leaf lettuce, large
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 top lettuce with chicken and peppers. sprinkle with cheese and scallions.
- 2 roll up leaves, secure with toothpicks.
