Honey-glazed Canadian Bacon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb canadian bacon (in 1 piece)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 remove plastic cover from bacon.
  • 3 insert meat thermometer into center of meat.
  • 4 place bacon on roasting rack set in large roasting pan.
  • 5 mix honey and soy sauce.
  • 6 brush mixture evenly over bacon.
  • 7 bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 140ºf.
