Honey-glazed Canadian Bacon

- 1 lb canadian bacon (in 1 piece)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
- 2 remove plastic cover from bacon.
- 3 insert meat thermometer into center of meat.
- 4 place bacon on roasting rack set in large roasting pan.
- 5 mix honey and soy sauce.
- 6 brush mixture evenly over bacon.
- 7 bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 140ºf.
